Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Christina had a heart of love for missions and loved making sundresses for little girls in Honduras. We worked together to make little rag dolls to match the dresses, and she so enjoyed sending them with a missions team to bring joy to children who had very little. She will be missed at Centerpointe Church.

  2. I’m so sorry about Tina. This photo is exactly how I picture her from our growing up in Ravensworth days.

  3. My heart hurts for Ellie, Trish and the entire family. I knew Tina since she was in the fourth grade I think…..when we lived in Ankara, Turkey back in the 1960’s. Our families have kept in touch through all these decades and I always enjoyed my interactions with Tina. She will be remembered and missed!

    • Kathy, memories of Turkey and so much more. Thanks for everything you have done for us over the years

  4. I have many fun memories of growing up with Tina. For years we were inseparable, making chocolate chip cookies, painting and dancing to Elton John. She had a great laugh and a kind heart. She was a wonderful soul. My thoughts and prayers to Mrs Trainor and Trisha.xo

  5. As Jesus said, ‘God is not God of the dead but of the living.’ I know you are alive in heaven. Love you, Christina.

  6. She was truly one of the Lord’s loving daughters, such a good hearted person who is now “home” and at peace. We have memories of a very special friendship, my husband and I will miss her and send heart felt condolences to her family.

  7. I knew her as Christine. She was a talented artist and a sweet person. I got to know her a little better the past few months. You will be missed Christine! I can see you dancing with Jesus, twirling and happy!

  8. My prayers for Comfort for your family during this time. May Thee Peace of God illuminate your pathways and fill your hearts……Selah……..

  9. Christina was loved by all. She was so sweet and kind and truly loved Jesus. I know she is enjoying His glorious presence and painting beautiful pictures of heaven! Our prayers are with you all.

  10. My Condolences to you, I Pray God brings you the peace, love and support around you and your family. He will show you things to come. Blessings of Jesus to you, Joey Wolff

  11. She was my BEST FRIEND in this LIFE!!!……i KNEW her to the core of her soul and she mine! Ellie, Trish there are no words….except….she LOVED JESUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and i already miss her soooooo bad : ( God touched EVERYONE through her.

  12. Long ago in the land known as Ravensworth Farms, children ran free and their laughter filled the air. It was here at the Trainor home that I spent some of the best days of my childhood. Tina was my best friend’s sweet little sister and I got to know her pretty well during those early years. She had a big heart even then and, while I fell out of touch with her as the years went by, the few times I did see her it was her smile I most remembered. Rest In Peace Tina. My thoughts, prayers, and love go out to Mrs. Trainor and Tricia and her kids. Love, Ronda

    • Ronda, that means so much to us. Those memories are treasures. I can’t thank you enough for coming last week.

  13. Ellie – We are very sorry to hear that your daughter passed away. “No words can soften the pain.”

  14. I knew Tina when we both worked for Flow Laboratories and for The Sporting Club in McLean VA in the mid to late nineties.

I was always impressed with her athletic ability, her quiet confidence, and her evident faith.

It is with sadness that I only now am learning of her death some 6 years later. She came to mind this morning during my prayer time on this Mother’s Day weekend.

I miss my friend. God blessings and mercies to her family always.
