Of Falls Church, VA, passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital. Loving wife of 57 years of the late Burton L. Garlock, Jr. devoted mother of Burton (Susan), Allan (Cori) and Richard (Debra) Garlock; cherished grandmother of Burton, Jr.,(Sarah), Katherine (Clark) Groce, Donald and Ben; great-grandmother of 7 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Cindy Harrison, Frances (Dyke) Bishop and Billy (Dorothy) Wine.
Relatives and friends are invited to Elsie’s Life Celebration at Money and King Funeral Home, 171 W. Maple Ave., Vienna, VA on Monday, February 12 from 10 AM until time of service at 11 AM. Interment will follow at National Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Providence Baptist Church, 8980 Brook Rd., McLean, VA 22102.
