Gary L. Sipes

Gary Lee Edward Sipes, 66, of Vienna, went to be with his Lord on Saturday, Jan. 20, 2018, while sleeping at home. Born September 6, 1951, in the United Kingdom, he was the son of the late Donald and Gloria Sipes (née Dorn). He was the husband of Linda Catherine (Cathy) Sipes (née Vane), his wife of 33 years.
Gary retired as a Baltimore County Pollution Control Specialist in 2007. He was a devoted caregiver for Cathy and an avid game player.
Surviving, are his wife, his sister and brother and their families, who are: Kathy Marie and Kurt Daniel Harden Ethan and Britany Harden, Elizabeth and Bradley Thomas, and Samuel Harden; and his brother and sister-in-law, Neil and Beth Sipes - and their children Hannah and Hunter. Also, surviving are his in-laws: Russell Jr. and Patricia Vane.
The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 on January 26th at Money & King Funeral Home & Chapel, 171 Maple Avenue W, Vienna, VA. A funeral service will be held at 11am with Rob Yancey officiating
