We sadly announce the passing of Karl Wolfgang Helft.
Funeral services for him will be held this coming Sunday & Monday.
On Sunday 11/26 at 3:00 we will have a wake at Money & King Funeral Home in Vienna.
On Monday 11/27 there will be a church service at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church on Reston Avenue, Herndon starting at 10:00am. His burial will be at Andrew’s Chapel Cemetery on Trap Road, Vienna at 11:30am, followed by a reception back at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.

Words can’t express the pain that you are going through after the loss of Karl. Whatever emotions you are feeling right now sadness, anger, guilt, or some other emotion is very common. I had similar feelings when I lost my father many years ago. But there is hope and comfort for all that have lost someone so dear. “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those in any sort of tribulation through the comfort with which we ourselves are being comforted by God.” (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4)

May he find eternal peace with you.Eternal rest Grant unto him,O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon him.May he rest in peace. We pray that he may be able to glorify you with the life he lived and the way he made use of your blessings.Amen
