Allen L. Beatty, of Vienna, Va., died on Monday, January 17, 2011. Beloved husband of 54 years to Margaret Coon Beatty, devoted father of Charles Allen (Maia) Beatty and Scott Arthur Lloyd (Elizabeth) Beatty, brother of James Kingsbury Beatty of Rancho Mirage, CA, and the late Phyllis Ruth Beatty Beiswenger, cherished grandfather of Preston Scott Beatty and Kathryn Elizabeth Beatty. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, South Atlantic Division, 250 Williams St., Atlanta, GA 30303-1002 or St. Thomas Episcopal Church.
