On Tuesday, January 24, 2017, beloved daughter of Elizabeth Barclay and Ira Saul, beloved sister of Barclay Saul, and the love of Justin Hayes' life as he was of hers, died suddenly at her residence in McLean, VA. Amanda was a wonderful Mother's Day gift, born May 11, 1980 in Fairfax, VA. She was a talented and professional real estate broker in Virginia, DC, and Maryland. She loved the beach, fine art, and the Nationals and Caps. Amanda was a gifted writer and artist. Amanda's many friends say she was their rock, always the first to be there when they needed someone, adored by all of her friends. Her laugh was infectious, her smile brightened any room. Relatives and friends may call at Money & King Funeral Home, 171 W. Maple Ave., Vienna, VA 22180, on Friday, January 27th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral will be Saturday, January 28th at 10:00 AM at Money & King, 703-938-7440. Interment will follow at Flint Hill Cemetery. Amanda was a bright beam of sunshine. She was always positive and full of energy. Amanda was a devoted daughter, sister, and friend. Her loss is a terrible shock. My deepest sympathy to her family and friends.

As a Langley School parent of three from 1985 to 2000, I recall your service, activism and generosity. I had the privilege of serving as a parent volunteer in Amanda’s kindergarten. That sweet young girl grew to be a lovely and vital woman. Your loss and grief are immeasurable. Extending my condolences and hoping for brighter days ahead.
