Amy Marie Forrest, of Viennaa, VA., died on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at St. Thomas More Nursing and Rehab Center, Hyattsville, MD. Amy is survived by her father Lemuel and his wife Benita and predeceased by her mother Ellen Forrest. She is also survived by her brother David Forrest and sister Becky Mirenzi.
