Annette Robertson O'Connor
February 12, 1939 ~ May 17, 2021
Annette O’Connor of Vienna, VA passed away peacefully on May 17, 2021. She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Dennis, and treasured daughters Traci Turkekul (Erol) and Jennifer Blusiewicz (Bryan). Her adorable grandchildren are Ryan Turkekul (Courtney), Laura Turkekul, Sarah Blusiewicz and Andrew Blusiewicz. Annette is also survived by her brothers Al (Martha) Robertson and Roy Robertson and sisters, Louise Gratzick and Ruth Branks. Annette was predeceased by her parents, Walter and Carrie Robertson, brothers Walter and Kenneth and sister Marguerite. She was a devoted sports fan of every team her grandchildren played on as well as the Nationals and Capitols. Annette loved to travel and accompanied her husband on worldwide assignments as well as many vacations to other countries. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, May 25 at 10:30 am at Money and King Funeral Home, 171 West Maple Avenue, Vienna, VA. Our lovely former neighbor of 35 years will be sorely missed. She was such an icon on Willow Drive with her daily walks and daily visits. She and Dennis were the anchors of the neighborhood. She lived a beautiful life and raised a beautiful family. We know she is very proud of her life and accomplishments. We feel lucky to have had her in our lives. With much love, Sue and Joe Pegnato
Bill and I are past neighbors of Annette and Dennis. We often talked over the fence about how beautiful the day is to how her children and grandchildren are doing. She was a sweetheart and will be missed dearly.
