A longtime resident of Alexandria, Va., passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Nathan H. McDonald; devoted and cherished mother of
Alex (Lisa) Klemko of Olney, MD, and Don McDonald of Alexandria, VA. She is also survived by 3 grandsons, Robert, Jordan and Cross and many relatives in the Ukraine. She came to the United States in 1950 and settled in Alexandria, VA. She worked as a seamstress for several men’s clothing stores in the area. Funeral services will be held at the Money & King Funeral Home, 171 W. Maple Ave., Vienna, VA, on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Mt. Comfort Cemetery.
