Arthur F. Gerding, of Vienna, Va., passed away on Friday, November 11, 2011 at Fairfax Hospital, beloved husband of Dorothy E. Gerding, devoted father of Sharon Boos (Manfred) and Michel A. Gerding (Janet) and the late Barbara L. Gerding; grandfather of Brian, Heidi, Karen, Kevin & Jeffrey; great-grandfather of Nikolaus and Lorelei. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Pauls Lutheran Church, Falls Church, Va.
