Barbara Clara Moore, of Annandale, Va., died on Wednesday, January 16, 2008 at Fairfax Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Fred Moore, devoted mother of Vicki Bartz and David Moore and his wife Diane, daughter of Clara Wynkoop and the late Harry Wynkoop, sister of Donald and Douglas Wynkoop and grandmother of Brandon, Chris, J.T. and Kevin. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
