  1. What a dear, dear friend and very special person. Having been friends and neighbors for 33 years, she was always such fun to be with. Always ready to go places, to do things especially shopping, and to help others, especially family. What a wonderful “Grandy” she was. And a fantastic caregiver for Bill as he suffered with cancer. And such an incredible role model, as she suffered with her own cancer. She is now at peace and with her beloved, Bill. I will miss my dear friend.

  2. Barbara was a wonderful co-worker and friend. I worked with Barbara at MetLife and she was always willing to help anyone–a real team player. We did our share of shopping at Filene’s Basement!! She shared stories of Bill and her sons and she loved her grandchildren and family very much. Barbara will be sorely missed by all those who knew and loved her. May you rest in Peace. With our deepest sympathy. Gladys and Joe Rosetta

  3. William, Christopher and families, Joe met your Mother in the early 1960’s through one of her friends who worked with him at the Bank of of New York in Manhattan. At the same I worked at CBS when they bought the Yankees and Kathy Becker left CBS headquarters to work at Stadium. Kathy and your Mom became friends the Stadium. How fortunate for all of us to have met your Mom. May she and your Dad rest in Peace

  4. I am so very sorry. I just read this news. My deepest condolences to William and Christopher. I worked with your Mother at Mobil Oil Corp. in the 1990s and we developed such a fun friendship. My son Bryan and I visited your home a few times and attended a Baltimore Orioles game together one time. My sincere condolences to you all. I know how much your Mother loved all of you.
