Bernadette S. Keady

Bernadette "Bunny" S. Keady, 75, retired coordinator, Office of OMS, Central Intelligence Agency, died Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at Spring Arbor in Hickory, North Carolina after a long battle with Alzheimer's & heart disease.
Mrs. Keady was born September 20, 1933 in Stamford, Connecticut. She moved to Vienna, Virginia in 1970. Before her career with the CIA, she worked for Equifax Credit Corporation.
Her husband, Martin Joseph Keady, Sr. died in 1972.
Mrs. Keady was also preceded in death by her parents, Rudolph Joseph & Elizabeth Ann Svec, & a sister, Ann Svec D'Inzeo.
Mrs. Keady is survived by four children: sons Martin Joseph Keady, Jr. & wife Amy of Sprinfield, Virginia, John Matthew Keady & wife Lisa of Reston, Virginia, & Brian Paul Keady & wife Christine of Vienna, Virginia; daughter Diane Keady Albers & husband Mark of Hickory, North Carolina; grandchildren Brett Christian Albers of Asheville, North Carolina, Lauren Elizabeth Albers of Hickory, North Carolina, Shane William Keady of Springfield, Virginia, Michelle Ann Keady, & Megan Elizabeth Keady of Vienna, Virginia; sister Marylen Svec Hossan of Southington, Connecticut; brother Rudolph Svec of California; & many nieces & nephews.
The family requests donations be made to Palliative Care Center & Hospice of Catawba Valley, 3975 Robinson Rd., Newton, NC 28658.
