Guestbook

  1. Tim & Family, We were so sorry to hear of your Mom’s death. I worked with your Dad when he worked at SRA and Birch & Davis. We have fond memories of both your Mom and your Dad. You and your family will be in our thoughts and prayers.

  2. Tim and Family, I was saddened to learn of Bernitta’s passing – she was my first cousin (my father, Robert Davis, was Bernitta’s father’s brother). Your Grandmother Cassie Melcher Davis was my mother’s second grade teacher and the intermarriage of the Melcher and Mickelson families ensured that many holidays were spent together when we were young, decades ago. There isn’t a Christmas that goes by that I don’t recall your Grandmother Cassie’s tin foil tree and you and I going to the movies on Christmas Day – a scandalous activity at the time. These were the early years of your father’s military career and I recall the anxiety that everyone felt for his safety during his early assignments in Vietnam. Your Grandfather Hank Ostermeier was also a memorable character. If you are interested in Davis genealogy or family history, please let me know as I have accumulated a lot of information. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this time. Steven Davis

  3. TIM AND FAMILY–SORRY TO HEAR OF YOUR MOMS PASSING.HER DAD AND MY DAD WERE BROTHERS{TOM}.YOUR DAD AND I WENT TO SCHOOL{BUSHNELL} TOGETHER.WE DIDNT SEE MUCH OF EACH OTHER AFTER YOUTH AS WE MOVED FROM SD IN 1960.OUR THOUGHTS ARE WITH YOU AT THIS TIME—ROGER AND BONNIE DAVIS
