Died on Monday, February 4, 2008 at her residence. Beloved wife of the late David Collier Phipps. Loving Mother of Esthleen Myllyoja, Doris Carroll, Jewell (Charles) Donaldson, Bobbie jean Tolson, Dennis Phipps and Russell (Sharon) Phipps. Sister of Ruby Osborne and Nina Osborne. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great-grandchildren and she was preceded in death by 2 grandchildren.
