Betty June Martin

Betty June Martin, age 87, passed away on February 16, 2016 in Fredericksburg, VA. She worked as an insurance agent in Falls Church for many years before moving to Colonial Beach where she continued her career before retirement. Betty is survived by her loving daughter, Valerie Gulliford; grandson, Aaron Edward Gulliford. She also is survived by her longtime companion and husband from her second marriage, which ended in divorce but remained in friendship, Stanley D. Martin. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Lawson Moncure Johnson and Edith Bergstrom; as well as her husband from her first marriage, which ended in divorce, Loris Edward Wilson. Family and friends may gather on Saturday, February 27, 2016 from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 12 noon at Money and King Funeral Home, 171 W. Maple Ave., Vienna, VA 22180 with inurnment to follow at Flint Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cocker Spaniel Rescue, Oldies but Goodies, www.cockerspanielrescue.com
