God saw the road was getting rough

The hills were hard to climb

He gently closed your loving eyes and whispered “Peace be Still”

Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Oh, I am so heartbroken to hear about Carlishia’s passing. I loved working with her at Stone Hill and I looked forward to seeing her, hearing her laugh, seeing her big smile, watching the difference that she made with students, and just being in her bright light. The world is better for having had her in it. I really hope that the many who I know loved her so very much find some comfort in their memories with her.

  2. I cannot begin to put into words Carli’s impact on me and my family. I was blessed to be her teacher and then a co-worker. But the greatest impact was the role she played within my family. As a teenager, she spent many hours in our home or wherever we were. It was not unusual for me to find her on our couch in the morning! Carli was so genuine and caring. Her love and loyalty toward her friends and students was unmatched. She gave her all. I never had to worry about my kids when they were with Carli. She was there many times when I was not, being a supportive friend. The world will not be the same without her; she will be truly missed.

  3. Carli,

I loved going to shows with you. I remember the first time we met, and it had felt like we already knew each other before. You were so kind and welcoming. Your energy was unlike anyone else’s. This is a terrible loss for all of us. I know you’re in heaven. Much love. I’ll miss you xoxoxo
