Catherine Ann Schmidt "Nan" (age 76), passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2008 at her residence in Vienna, Virginia. Devoted wife of Raymond E. Schmidt; beloved mother of Rev. Raymond F. Schmidt of Hollywood, Maryland, Gregory J. Schmidt of Carlisle, Massachusetts, John W. "Jay" Schmidt of Weston, Connecticut, Hilary A. Brown of Ridgefield, Connecticut, & Erica M. Kochenash of Clifton, Virginia; grandmother of Junius, Christopher, Emma, Owen, Hugh, & Catherine; sister of Patricia Berry of Warrington, Pennsylvania & William Condon of Pt. Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Friends may call from 4-6pm on March 16 at Money & King Funeral Home, 171 W. Maple Ave., Vienna, Virginia. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am on Monday, March 17 at St. Mark's Church, 9970 Vale Rd., Vienna, Virginia. Interment immediately following at Fairfax Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mark's Church, or Capital Hospice (1-800-869-2136).
