  1. Dear Kristen & Robert and the rest of Col. Karczewski’s Family, I wish I had had the honor of knowing Col Karczewski better, having only met him a few times growing up. But I DO know what sort of man he is having grown up with the wonderful daughter he raised in Kristen. Our hearts go out to you and we pray for your comfort as you celebrate the life if this magnification man who gave so much to his family and country. 5. …”know that I am with you, through it all. Be not afraid, I go before you always, Come follow Me, and I shall give you rest”… Mrs. Karczewski, Kristen, Judy and Greg, He’s left an indelible imprint on many with a legacy of honor, pride, respect and love. I hope that knowing how much your family is cared for brings some ease during this time. Much Love, Jeannette

  6. Chuck was a dear friend of my mother and father, and as a child, I remember being awed by his big personality. My heart goes out to Jane, Judy, Gregory and Kristen. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. Suzanne

  7. Mrs. Karczewski, Judith, Greg and Kristen: I am so sorry about Chuck’s death. “The Colonel” as -he was known in the Cassidy family–was such a big part of our lives growing up. I always remember his great sense of humor, his big, hearty laugh, and how much he loved to tease “Mettrel” Our prayers are with you all in mourning the loss of this great man. Mike.

  8. Mrs. Karczewski and family, I knew Colonel Karczewski when we were both part of the Public Affairs Office at Air Force Systems Command, Andrews AFB MD. I met some of you before and again at his retirement in 1979. I used to see him in the hospital or family prctice clinic after his retirement. I remained with the PA Office until my own retirement from civil service when the Command was moved to Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio in 1992. He was always so proud of his family. One thing I recall and I hope you will take this in the spirit in which it is intended, is how he would stop in front of the glass book cases and make sure that his hair was combed properly and everything was in place. He wore the uniform well! He was a warm and caring person; the epitome of the perfect gentleman. I hope that your many wonderful memories of your lives together will sustain you through the days ahead. God bless you all; I know that he will be watching over “Chuck”.

  9. Dear Kristen and family, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your father. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers. Mary
