Charlotte Lee Chappell (Petie) – Vienna, VA – Passed away peacefully on September 4, 2023 surrounded by her family. She is survived by her sons Mickey, Jerry and Bruce Chappell. Grandchildren TJ, Kerrissa, Ashley, Hope, Matthew, and Maggie. Great grandchildren Javier, Kameryn, Nathan, Karmyn, Adrian, Julian, Khloey and Zoey. Several nieces and nephews and many loving friends. Petie was one of a kind and will be missed by all. May she rest in peace.

one of a kind. She always made a person feel loved and welcome. If you left her house hungry it was your own fault! I loved when she would show up for the holidays and family get togethers because I knew that she was bringing a bunch of treats that she baked with her.
