DALE C. HUTCHINSON

Born April 10, 1938 to Claude and Lucy Hutchinson, in Watertown, New York, died peacefully at home on Thursday May 25, 2017. For the past 22 years, Dale resided with his beloved wife Daryl, of 61 years, in Centreville, Virginia.

Dale is survived by his son Randy (Maggie), daughters Sherri and Martha Siler; four grandchildren, Charity Wood (James), Misty Nielson (Andrew), Keith Palka (Jasmine), Joshua Siler; eight great grandchildren, a brother Dean, a nephew and niece and cousins. Dale was preceded in death by his daughter Betsy Lopez and his grandson Jacob Hutchinson .

On June 1, 2002, Dale retired from BAE Systems as an Executive Vice President and General Manager. Prior to BAE Systems, he was President of Lockheed Martin Federal Systems Company in Manassas, VA for three years. Dale also served as a Vice President with Unisys Government Systems. He began his career in 1959 with IBM, where he retired after 31 years of service. Prior to beginning his career at IBM, Dale served in the U.S. Navy Submarine Service.

Dale's life will be celebrated at his church, The Oakton United Methodist on Saturday, June 3rd at 11:00am. Interment will be private and at a later date in Evans Mills, New York. In lieu of flowers, his family requests that donations be made to Oakton United Methodist Church. Online condolences and fond memories of Dale may be offered to the family at www.moneyandking.com
