Dale was a great neighbor for the number of years that our family lived in Vienna, VA. He would always greet us with a smile on his face and was there to help anyway that he could. We pass on our deepest condolensces to Moyna and his family. God Bless!
Dearest Moyna, Arturo, Michael, and Sharon, I’m so saddened by the death of Dale. I remember him and you all so fondly as a part of my growing up. I recall one visit to your apartment where Dale took us hiking along the Potomac on a day of fishing. I’m not sure, maybe I was 10 or 11 years old at the time. I thought this was a real fun visit, have remembered it many times over the years – I think we got skunked, or maybe only caught one fish all day! All our love to you all, Dick Keys III, Maureen and the kids Becky, Jeff, Jeremy and Brenda
Moyna and family, I am saddened by Dale’s passing. While he led a long and fruitful life, he just seemed to be the sort who would outlive us all! I’m so glad that Lauren could spend time with you all, and with Dale, and we’ll continue to keep you all in our thoughts and prayers. Lauren is in Des Moines, Iowa this week on business and won’t be home until late Friday evening, but she will be in touch with you very soon.
Dearest Moyna. I am so very sorry I can’t be there for the services since my work has me on assignment in Des Moines. I will call when I’m back in town. Please accept my condolences and know that I love you very much. Lauren Kirby
It was a joy to have Dale as a neightbor over these many years. He had a generous smile and always had kind words to offer. We will miss him and offer our deepest condolences to Moyna and family.
Dear Aunt Moyna, I am so sorry that Uncle Dale has passed. I will miss looking forward to seeing you two for your Iowa visits. It will not be the same, as I looked forward to the few hours we got to spend together while you were here. I had so much fun the day we went to Boone on your last visit. I hope Uncle Dale had the time to read and enjoy his books and hope the list I made him helped to get them all in order. My memories of him are all good. He always had a smile, kind word and he had such enjoyment in every thing he did. I believe in my heart that he is at peace and reunited with his family and friends that have passed on before him. And we will see him again. I know that Dales children will miss his comfort and wise words, as I miss his brother’s. I love and will miss my loving Uncle. My heart goes out to you and the family, Petie
