Of Sterling, VA., died on Friday, September 14, 2012 at Reston Hospital. Loving husband of 29 years to Elizabeth "Liz" Laybourne; devoted father of Kelly, Shannon and Scott Laybourne; cherished brother of Ann Loomis (Jeff), Christopher Laybourne (Robin), Alison Hokamp (Bradley), and Timothy Laybourne (Mary). He is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews and many extended family members and friends. In lieu of flowers contributions may be offered to Capital Caring, 2900 Telestar Court, Falls Church, VA 22042.
