David "Pete" Kipps, age 77, of Vienna, VA, died on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at Reston Hospital.
Beloved husband of 55 years of Marjorie Kipps; father of Debbie Michie (Frank); brother of Peggy Johnson and grandfather of Brad and Kevin Michie.

Maple Ave., Vienna, VA on Sunday, October 19 from 4 to 6 pm, where funeral services will be held on Monday, October 20 at 11:30 am. Interment will be at National Memorial Park. I’m so very sorry for your loss. I know how hard it can be because it was so painful when my dear Father died. I have nothing but great respect and fond memories of him. I know it takes time but keep these things in your heart knowing he is still with you in spirit. Never let that go. You will be at peace in time. Take care of yourselves and may God Bless you all.

My heart goes out to Pete’s family. Carla, Ray and I wish we could be there, just know we are there in thought and prayers. There are no words that can take away the emptiness you are feeling, we love you all and pray that you will find comfort in the memories of your time with Uncle Pete and they will somehow bring you peace.
