Dewey Leory Rinaca, age 78, of Vienna, Virginia, died peacefully after an extended illness. He was born in Washington, DC. Beloved husband of Carolyn Hopkins Rinaca of 48 years. Devoted & loving father of Douglas of Cross Keys, South Carolina, Denise Boiko of Old Bridge, New Jersey, Raymond, Gary & Jeffrey, all of northern Virignia, & Cheryl Leahy of Bethesda, Maryland. He is also survived by six grandchildren & two great-grandchildren. "Roy" was a special agent with the FBI before retiring in 1982.
