Passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at her home in Reston, Va. Beloved wife of Frank Payne, Jr.; devoted mother of Elizabeth, Melanie, Bryan and Stephen. Also survived by seven grandchildren. She was a retired teacher with the Fairfax County School System. Family will receive friends on Sunday, February 12th from 1:30 to 3:30 PM at the Money & King Funeral Home, 171 W. Maple Ave., Vienna, Va., where funeral services will be held on Monday, February 13th at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Bethel Cemetery in Alexandria, Va. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Capital Caring or the American Heart Assoc.
