Of Alexandria, VA , died Wednesday, September 1, 2010, in a Hospital in Greenville, NC. He is predeceased by his father, Ralph Arnold, Sr., loving and devoted mother, Lucille Mathis Arnold Seigel, step-father, Albert Seigel and brother, Ralph Arnold, Jr.. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and retired as a Computer Specialist with the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture. He is survivied by his aunt, Wilda Mathis Humphries of Memphis, TN, and aunt-in-law, June Mathis of Bowie, MD, and a number of cousins. With declining health he returned to NC to be close to his cousin; Sam Ligon and his wife Virginia. A month ago while in the hospital in Northern VA, when asked if he would like to return to NC, his response was "Yep! The earlier the better."
