Donald Richard Ley, Colonel, USA (Retired), Of Vienna, Virginia, Passed away at age 89 on Saturday April 24th. He is the loving husband of Patricia, the loving father of Austin, Bryan, Andrea (deceased), and Jeffrey. Brother of Geraldine Wiskeirken. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren.
