Doris Shanaghan, 89, of Fairfax Station, Va., died on Saturday, November 19, 2011 at Fairfax Nursing Center. Loving wife of the late William J. Shanaghan; devoted mother of Peter E. (Connie Jackson) Shanaghan of Fairfax Station, Va., and the late Michael W. Shanaghan. She is also survived by her cherished grandson, William Jacob Shanaghan and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held in Pawtucket, RI. Contributions may be made in Doris' memory to the St. Luke's Episcopal Church Memorial Fund, 670 Weeden St., Pawtucket, RI 02860.
