Dorothy M. Blankenship of Arlington, VA, passed away on June 24, 2007, at Virginia Hospital Center. Loving wife of the late Raymond E. Blankenship, Sr. devoted mother of Dottie Clarke and Raymond 'Bucky' Blankenship, Jr. (Joan); Sister of Robert Mills. She is also survived by five grandchildren, Vicki Ballowe, Jamie Clarke, Jason, Jon Paul 'J.P.' and Ray Blankenship; three step-grandchildren, Emily, Reid, and Robert; and eight great-grandchildren.
