Beloved wife of the late John F. Regan, passed away in Oakton, Virginia Thursday afternoon. Left to mourn her passing, are her son, Scott D. Regan, daughter, Seana R. Alexander, grandchildren, Haley L. Alexander and Matthew M. Alexander IV, as well as her dear sisters Margaret Dailey, Patricia Kiley, Frances Connolly, and Joan Hopkins. Ellie was a wonderful loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to anyone that was lucky enough to meet her. She brought a smile to everyone’s face, made loved ones feel safe, happy, and forever cared for. She was strong , independent, and feisty, yet warmhearted, and will be missed beyond anything words can express.
