Elizabeth Cross Freeman, age 91, of Falls Church, Virginia died on June 28, 2013 at Arden Courts of Fair Oaks. Beloved wife of the late George J. Freeman, Jr.; mother of Jean Penn (George) and George J. Freeman III; grandmother of Kathleen Meldrum, William C. Freeman and David G. Penn (Lina)and great grandmother of Joshua, Elizabeth, Julian and Zara-Jean. She was a proud memberof the Dunn Loring Volunteer Fire Department Women's Auxillary, a life long member of Idylwood Presbyterian Church and a member of the Eastern Star - Harmony Chapter for 68 years. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Idylwood Presbyterian Church, Power Packs Program, 7617 Idylwood Road, Falls Church, Virginia 22043-2912 or Harmony Chapter #60 OES Scholarship Fund, C/O Jean Penn, Secretary, 189 North Bluewater Boulevard, Mineral, Virginia 23117.
