  1. Anne and I were very blessed to know Elliott. But you can’t mention Elliott without mentioning “his beautiful bride”(his words) Betty. We love them both. I was fortunate to work on many projects with Elliott because of our mutual friend Sal Alonge. I loved Elliotts character, he was honest. Never held back, if you and he disagreed he would not hide it. He worked on it and Got It Straightened Out. God Bless you Elliott, til we meet again. May God bless you, comfort you, Betty, Children, Family and Friends of this great gentle-man. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 1Cor. 15:54

  2. Dear Mrs. Blankenship, Jamie and the Blankenship family: I am embarassed to say that we just heard about Mr. Blankenship’s passing. We were so sorry to hear this news. My father and I saw Mr. and Mrs. Blankenship at the Family Restaurant in Pan Am one night at dinner not too long ago. He was always so kind to me through the years. He always had a smile and a kind word to share. There was a special sparkle in his eyes. He was a wonderful man. I will truly miss seeing him in and around the neighborhood. I understand Mrs. Blankenship is in ill health. I am so sorry to hear that as well. I am living back with my parents for a bit so if there is anything I/we can do, please let me know. We are happy to help in any way that we can. Please know you all are in our thoughts and prayers. With sincerest regards, Don and Bobbye Morgan, and Megan
