Of Leesburg, Florida, formerly of Fairfax, VA, died on Thursday, January 5, 2017 with her loving family by her side. Beloved wife of the late Raymond DeVaughn, devoted mother of Raymon (Lynette), Paul (Diane) and Kenneth (Lucie) DeVaughn, cherished grandmother of Stefan, K. Walker, Liam, Henry and Elenor. She is also survived by her siblings, Hilda, Miguel, Nelida, Zulma, Evelyn, Ida, and Edna. Relatives and friends are invited to Elsa's life celebration at Money and King Funeral Home, 171 W. Maple Ave., Vienna, VA on Wednesday, January 11 from 10 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Fairfax Memorial Park.
