Of Leesburg, Florida, formerly of Fairfax, VA, died on Thursday, January 5, 2017 with her loving family by her side. Beloved wife of the late Raymond DeVaughn, devoted mother of Raymon (Lynette), Paul (Diane) and Kenneth (Lucie) DeVaughn, cherished grandmother of Stefan, K. Walker, Liam, Henry and Elenor. She is also survived by her siblings, Hilda, Miguel, Nelida, Zulma, Evelyn, Ida, and Edna. Relatives and friends are invited to Elsa's life celebration at Money and King Funeral Home, 171 W. Maple Ave., Vienna, VA on Wednesday, January 11 from 10 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Fairfax Memorial Park.

Dear Ray Paul and Ken: So sorry to hear of your loss. I’ll always remember your mom in her Greenbriar home doing everything as a great mother could raising a family and she will be missed.

Ray, Paul, and Ken We thank your mother for helping our family to move to Virginia from Indiana 47 years ago. You probably remember we stayed at your home that summer until we found a place of our own.
