Faye Lucas Herrmann of Reston, VA died on Monday, April 21, 2014 with her loving family by her side. Faye is survived by her children: Vikki Andrukonis, Chris Herrmann, and Victor Herrmann; her sisters, Hazel Fleming and Dorothy Stone; her 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to a graveside service at Stonewall Memory Gardens, 12004 Lee Hwy., Manassas, VA on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 11:00 AM.

I was sent to work at BDM by my temp agency. I had been out of the work force for 18 years and a great deal had changed, What a blessing it was to be assigned to the group where Faye was employed. Due to her kindness and patience I was able to function in the capacity my temp agency had sent me. No one could have had a better mentor than Faye. I will never forget her. God bless her and may she rest in peace.
At BDM in 1975, together with others, Faye and I worked VERY hard on a proposal. Ever since, Faye has been a helpful friend. God bless her. My condolences to the family.
