Of Crystal River, FL., formerly of Vienna, VA., died on Sunday, April 30, 2017 in Crystal River Health & Rehab Center. Loving wife of Charles A. McWilliams; devoted mother of Angela (wife Connie) and Charles B. (fianc, Mike), daughter of the late Henry and Helen Dunn; cherished sister of Roma, Phyllis, Phillip, Charles and the late Lloyd, Lane and Bertha. She is also survived by one loving grandchild, Cole.

  10. Never have I known someone who was as caring and non judgmental as Fern. She was truly dedicated to the girls she mentored. She has left an imprint on the hearts of many.

  11. Fern spoke softly, but firmly. She called me one Saturday morning & said she was going to pick me up at 9 A.M. She said I needed to update regarding the kind of bus I was driving. I told her I did NOT want a rear engine bus….guess what I drove until I retired !

  20. 23 yrs ago I joined the family of bus drivers and so many of you became life long friends even after I stopped driving. My heart is both sad for my loss and happy for heaven’s at the news of your passing. Your presence on earth will be deeply missed yet I know one day we will see each other again.
