Frances Anne Emmert, age 99, formerly of Hyattsville, MD, passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2017 at Sunrise of Hunter Mill in Oakton, Va. Beloved wife of the late Leonard Joseph Emmert; devoted mother of Dana M. Haggerson, John T. Emmert and Claudia E. Galbo. Also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Services and interment will be private.
