Of McLean, VA, and Punta Gorda, FL on Monday, November 19, 2007 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Horace C. Duncan; mother of Linda Eldridge (Gary) and Ed Duncan (Audrey Shay). She is also survived by five grandchildren, Sandi Wininger, Lee and Eddie Duncan, Paola Johnston and Arianna Hodges and two great grandchildren, Madison Wininger and Ryan Gary Lee Eldridge.

Both your Father and Mother were beautiful people. They always attended the early service at the church. I was in IN. this summer when I called on Fran’s b/d. Talked with Gary and learned of her health situation. I used to talk with her every other month and will truly miss her. God Bless you and your families.
