Frank Robert Billington

Frank R. Billington, age 94, of Fairfax, Virginia, died Thursday, October 30, 2015. Frank was born June 15, 1921 in Irvington, New Jersey to Robert and Stella Mae Billington. Frank was a veteran of WWII serving with the U.S. Army Air Corps in the European Theatre. After the war he was employed as a color matcher by the Hercules Powder Company and later as a cosmetic chemist for Lanvin Cosmetics. He lived in Sayreville, NJ and after retirement relocated to Virginia in 2008. He was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Gladys, and his sister, Muriel. He is survived by son Michael, son George and his wife Sharon, daughter Nancy Billington, and granddaughter Leah Billington.
