Hilary "Bill" W. Jenkins, Jr., retired Fairfax County Police Lieutenant, died on Thursday, April 3, 2008. Beloved husband of Lylie E. Jenkins; father of Hilary W. III, his wife Marie, of Woodbridge, Virginia, Brenda Sue Jenkins of Luray, Virginia & the late Cynthia Cresswell; grandfather of Shaun M. & Frank "Steven" Cresswell, Trevor W., Jessica L. & Jennie L. Jenkins. Friends & relatives are invited to Hilary's Life Celebration on Monday, April 14 from 9-10am at Our Lady of Good Counsel, 8601 Wolftrap Rd., Vienna, VA, where services will be held at 10am. Interment at Quantico National Cemetery.
