Of Vienna, VA died on Wednesday, February 29, 2012. Loving wife of the late Charles M. Wiggs; devoted mother of Archie J. (Charlotte) Wiggs, John A. (Edythe) Wiggs, and Margaret Alice W. (Shirrell) Moore; sister of Virginia L. Smith. Cherished grandmother of Tracy W. Kosiarek (Andy), Alan J. Wiggs (Dale Tiska), Maria F. Fuller (Neal), Gordon A. Wiggs (Karina), Catherine J. Wiggs, Tim G. Moore (Kathy), Ted C. Moore (Kathy) and the late Christy M. Garbutt; great-grand mother of Molly and Anna Kosiarek, Christopher and Sierra Fuller, Ashley and Rachel Garcia, Andrew Wiggs, Ben Wiggs-Byers, Shane and Austin Moore, Payton, Adison and Jarrett Moore and the late April Rae Garbutt. Relatives and friends are invited to Isabelle's Life Celebration at Wesley United Methodist Church, 711 Spring Street, SE, Vienna, VA 22180 on Saturday, March 3 from 10:00 AM until time of Funeral Service at 11:30 AM. Interment will follow at Fairfax Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Wesley United Methodist Church.   7. I am so sorry to hear that Aunt Isabelle has passed. I know she was met by my Grandfather, her brother Michael Lambert and welcomed into heaven. She will be missed, but never forgotten.
