Jim and I were colleagues at the American Embassy in Budapest. I remember his ready smile, and his professionalism. Our condolences to his family.
My thoughts are with you and your brother Andy, during your time of loss. You were a good and attentive son, and I am sure made his last few years more pleasant having you around.
Jim and I served together at the Maritime Administration. I will always fondly remember his patient, wise counsel, his smile and his sense of humor.
Andy and Steve my thoughts have been with you for days hoping that each day becomes a little bit easier. Your Dad was one of the best and loved you dearly as I do too. He was special and will always be there for you.I so wish that I could be there with you both but my heart is and that is what matters love always to you .Wendy
Andy and Steve. you have our heartfelt sympathy. Your Dad was a fine man and we have many fond memories of your family, bridge games, golf and watching you two boys grow into manhood. With warm regard, Rob and Dorrie
I am sorry to learn of Jim’s passing. My sincere condolences. I will always remember playing football with Jim in the street with the kent and shorewood gang. Christmas tree right or left. He will know what it means. Only the Mclauglins and Ned Baldus are left. We all had such a wonderful childhood and Jim was an integral part of it. A bond that will never be forgotten. He will be missed. My prayers will be with him.
