Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Jim was my second dad. He was such a wonderful, happy and vibrant man. I still remember him singing songs at the piano to me in his home. Although he is in a better place now and feels no pain, he has left behind many who loved and cared about him. There is a deep void in our hearts. He will be missed! Please know you’re in our prayers. Love to you, Joan & Kevin

  2. We were neighbors for nearly 50 years and together watched our street — and world — change. We offer our sympathy to the family and appreciate the opportunity to know Jim. Joann and Dale

  3. John and Family, May the Lord guide you with his helping hands during this time of loss. Keep his memory alive through stories and laughter. It helps the heart and soul grow stronger each day. God’s blessings to you all.

  8. I share the sorrow in the passing of a good friend and former business associate with the Royal-Globe of 50 years ago. On behalf of all of his surviving workers. Bert Taurman

  9. First I would like to to send my thanks and appreciation to those who wrote and shared their feelings and memories about my dad. Not only was he a great, kind and generous person. These traits made him the most wonderful father a son could ask for. He was not just my father,he was my friend. As a child I remember him patiently teaching me how to play golf, the second love of his life. Sadly I never took up the game, but a week or so before he passed, a friend of mine and I went to a driving range. This was my first time in 15 years, and I was shocked at how well I did, as if dad was making the shots. I share this moment because I could not wait to tell my father, and I did tell him a few hours later. It lifted his spirits as I told him and it was the last wonderful and happy smile he gave me. I miss both my dad and my lovely mom who just passed away. I love them dearly and have so many wonderful memories to fill the void left behind. God bless you mom and dad. John Guido
