  1. I am shocked to hear of Jay’s death. He helped me so many times with my back. Jay went to school close to where I lived in NY. He loved to talk about life in general. He would call to see if I was ok [COPD}. Jay loved to bike for miles. Prayers for the family. I am unable to be there in person for the funeral but will watch on computer.

  2. Not only did you leave his office feeling Better the when you went in , you also carried a part of his Passion for life and all things positive about Life. Going to miss ya Bro. Jay! Thanks

  3. I recall visits with Dr. Jay in Sunrise at Hunter Mill when he visited his mother, dear Virginia. We enjoyed conversation on the Christian faith. The pastor then of Emmanuel Lutheran also visited, as did Dr. Barry often. Their sister, as I recall, lived in New England and I enjoyed her visits too as she was able. Such a vital man who enjoyed living “in the country” and was so devoted to his Mom who enjoyed strong family ties.
