Deep sympathy to the Webster children and grandchildren on the loss of a loving and lovable lady. Joe knew Joan as the Manager of Waddell & Reed Financial Services. Of all our personnel Joan was Joanne’s favorite…fellow New Englander, writer, Celt, Mom, laugh sharer and horse racing enthusiast. Thanks Lisa and Joan for the Preakness. Peace and Love
