Formerly of Garden City, NY and Highland Beach, FL. , passed away at Capital Hospice. Joan is the loving wife of the late Theodore J. Anderson, Jr, and devoted mother to Linda C. Anderson and Bruce J. Anderson. She is survived by one sister Lee (Lennart) Holmberg and a granddaughter Amanda Anderson-Rainie.
