Toby and I offer our deepest sympathy to JoAnne’s family and friends. I feel so lucky to have had such an amazing Aunt and am grateful for the time we got to share with her.
JoAnne was one of the one of the most amazing people I’ve ever known. She was very direct in her conversations, could view things differently than most people, but was always ready to help if somebody needed it. She battled cancer and other ailments with the utmost determination for a long time. I’ll miss her. She was a great friend. Bill White
Many thoughts and prayers with all of you. JoAnne was such a good friend over so many years and had so many talents she shared at VBC. So sorry we cannot be there to share in the celebration of her life, but we have a prior commitment out of town. Love to all, Mickey & Marlo
My sincerest and deepest condolences to all of the Bergins and their extended family at this sad time. JoAnne will be remembered with great fondness and love.
My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family.

My sincere condolences to all of Joanne’s family. She was a sweet lady with a great sense of humor. She is truly missed.
Its hasn’t been the same booking a ticket without you…Now you get to book flights for the Man upstairs…
I so admired Joanne for her independence and her ability to “walk to a different drummer.” Her dedication to family and friends was an indication of her loving heart. She displayed faith and courage throughout Bud’s illnesses and during her own battle with cancer. I will miss her brave spirit.
I used to love booking flights and would make sure I had plenty of time to go down and visit with JoAnne. “Sit down and shut up” she would say! I got to know Bud, Sharon and her sons through her stories and we always had a laugh. Booking travel would take forever because she always always greeted everyone who walked in the door and took a moment to make them smile or laugh. JoAnne was a rare gem who loved people, loved work, loved her family, and loved life. May God bless and keep you, JoAnne.
Hi Marty..So sorry to hear ’bout your mom…I pray for you and your family..Hang in there, be strong..God’s got your back… Sincerely, Tricia Madden..p.s. Vienna has CERTAINLY CHANGED,eh???
I haven’t seen Joanne in years and am saddened to learn of her passing. I loved to chat with her as she booked my travel. She shared her passion for travel, her candy, and her sharp wit. She brightened my day whenever we met.
