Dear Mary and family. I am so sorry for your loss. Please accept my most heartfelt condolences. Jack was a very special man and I will miss him.
I will always remember Jack and my daughter’s cat ‘Tosca’. The cat weould disappear for hours and then come back. Later on, we found out that Jack would bring her in and feed her some milk and they had become very good friends. Sometimes taking naps together. My girls always enjoyed Jack so much. Both Mary and Jack were the best neighbors that we could home for. Both sets of our girls grand parents are not all that involved. It is so nice to have Mary. She is our ‘goto Grandmother’. We have her out for every grand-parent event. What a wonderful family they are.
Steve and I are thinking of you Mrs. Rodgers as well as your family. Our love to all.
Jack, I did not know you well. Your wife Mary is a Dear Friend and is part of the Johnston and Horn families. I know how much you loved dogs. On a few vacations/overnight trips, you and Mary would care for my beloved Inky. I understood from Mary that you feel in love with him and wanted to keep him. You have a loving wife and very large family whom I know will miss you. My sincere condolences to Mary, your Daughters, Sons-in-Law, Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, and your Sister. Thank you for being there for Mary for 64 years–not many people can say they were together that long. Rest In Peace.
Mary Lou and Family – you are all in our prayers.
