John Francis Black

John Francis Black, age 77, of Haymarket, Virginia died on September 5, 2012 at Prince William Hospital. He was the husband of Charlotte Mae Black.
Born January 28, 1935 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late John Leonard Black and Mary O'Connell Black.
After retiring from the United States Air Force, Mr. Black continued to serve his country as he worked for the U. S. Government in a civilian capacity.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Catherine Mercer, her husband Joe and their two children, Meggan and Christopher Mercer; his son, J. B. Black, his wife, Marie and their children, Talula and Finnegan Black.

Ms. Charlotte, Cathy, J.B., so sorry for the loss of John. He was one of the great ones to work with. He will be missed by many. May you find comfort in knowing that he’s at peace.
