He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Nancy Lewin Devlin as well as children Teresa (Tess) Stephenson (Stafford) of High Point, NC, CAPT John C. Devlin USN (Ret.) (Deborah) of Smithville, Georgia, Regina Gramm (Robert) of Middletown, MD, Peter R. Devlin (Lisa)of Rockville, MD, Christopher H. Devlin of Fort Worth, TX and Patrick J. Devlin, Sr. (Helen) of Alexandria, VA. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
